The Trial for Mr. Shanghua Yang was made this morning about illegally declaring war on behalf of Snake leaving Xadia. This was a case of illegal interstate Gapla war. Interstate war is when the states (or territories, although the name only mentions States), of Gapla declare war on each other. He was stripped off of all land he owns in Gapla, and will have to pay a fine for an undisclosed amount. He will also not be able to create a state or territory in Gapla until 7 August 2020 (Gapla Standard Time) and will not be able to create a town or city until 7 May 2020 (Gapla Standard Time). He was trialed to be exiled and stripped of his citizenship, but because of being the #1 chess champion in Gapla, and the crime was not huge, he was able to get through with a few harsh punishments. The State of Ozzah stated that they want no more of this, and the money for the STOP WAR posters would have to be refunded. The money was refunded by the Government, paid for by part of the fine. This case was passed and reviewed by the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Gapla from 10:15 AM (Gapla Standard Time) and the trial ended at 12:45 PM (Gapla Standard Time). This case lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes, or 150 minutes.

A New State, the State of Ozzah, which is ruled by Irene Kim and Kavya Tyagi was founded this afternoon. It is an ambitious state that self-designed their flag and the name was created by combining two words that the rulers liked, Oof and Huzzah. This new state is now the 22nd to enter the union, and 3rd to enter in 2020 so far. This brings excitement to the community of Gapla as two new members of Parliament, the founders and representers of Ozzah, join.

Great Gapla City – The National Anthem of Gapla was a symbol that had always changed in the Federated States of Gapla. Now it has changed again, from Hunter’s Chorus to Romeo and Juliet Overture. It has been made official on the website and MicroWiki page, as well as here. Carmen Town, Elemental, and Great Gapla City – Recent issues were followed after an anonymous female filed a complaint against the Government of Elemental, specifically for the town of Carmen Town. She has stated that the Original Creators (OCs) of Carmen Town were being unfair and not letting anyone make the decisions by themselves. Elemental State Owner Chelsea Chen responded that this is unreasonable, because she had done nothing, and if she does something and becomes more active, then she will promote her. The opposing person has stated that Elemental is simply unfiar and that she had done a lot of work.

Spectators, although, agree with the Government of Elemental, and decided that this should be a new court case. Since this case could not be passed through the Court of Carmen Town, the Court of Elemental, and the Court of the Second District, the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Gapla allowed a trial.

The conclusion to the trial and the verdict was that her complaint was unreasonable, but Elemental would have to do a public meeting (supervised by the Government), and make their words more clear. In exchange, the guilty person would have to pay the Government of Elemental a fee for an undisclosed amount.

Great Gapla City – The first crystals that were grown and mined inside the Federated States of Gapla have been released. These crystals are Tartaric Acid Crystals, which are a transparent white color. This is a big milestone for Gapla, because we have never grown crystals before in our country. Attached below is more information and pictures of the crystals.

New Xadia City – After the conflict with Elemental, the state of Xadia and the Alliance of Xadia emerges, as the creator of the state, Aditya Meruga, gets powerful in Gapla and even becomes a major candidate (running independent.) So far, he is in steady position for elections for Vice President, and Wyatt Seungri Baek is expected to again be re-elected as president, now serving under the first male Vice President in the history of Gapla if he gets elected. Xadia’s allies are helping New Xadia constantly. The State of Xadia says, although powerful, they do not want any war or any conflict with another state, and want Gapla to be free from it. The candidate, Aditya Meruga, has stated that if he does indeed get elected into a position, he will make Gapla peaceful forever.

Great Gapla – The colonization of little towns by states in Gapla is becoming incredibly common as a way to raise power. Some examples are Littletown in Emeralkia and Carmentown in Elemental. These states, hoping to attract attention with these little 5-10 sq. ft. pieces of land (“towns”) want power in the community of Gapla. These are becoming extremely popular with states of Gapla. Meanwhile, a few new states have joined Gapla, and Poshtown being its own independent state. Poshtown is the size of a “Little Town” and it was to be integrated into Bangtan. However, Poshtown protests caused this to be delayed, and eventually Poshtown never even becoming a “Little Town”, but rather its own state.
